Immigration advice
-
Immigration consultants will use their experience and expertise to assess the client's background and education, and propose a path that is suitable for the client. The key point of consulting an immigration consultant is to avoid taking the wrong path .
-
Professional immigration knowledge cannot be searched on the Internet. The key to consulting an immigration consultant is to "avoid mistakes" when filling out and submitting applications. All details will affect the decision of the immigration officer. Professional immigration consultants will make the most favorable, economical and efficient suggestions to clients.
Who can legally give immigration advice?
-
According to New Zealand law, only immigration consultants and lawyers issued by the Immigration Advisor Authority (IAA) can give immigration advice to clients. Anyone who gives advice at will will be considered a crime and is likely to be fined. In serious cases, they may be sentenced to prison.
-
At Jomelnz Immigration and Study Abroad, we have licensed immigration consultants. Any immigration advice must be provided to clients after an interview and evaluation by the consultant.
